HOUSE CALLS

Contact our office if you feel it would be beneficial for a provider to come to your home.

This service will be provided for Medicare patients who are patients of Bowdon Family Medicine on an as needed or monthly basis. Initially, this service will be limited to one day per month, and at this time we are only taking 20 patients. This may be increased on an as needed basis.

After-hours house calls are provided:

• Pre-Employment $50.00

• Sports Physicals 25.00

• DOT Physicals $100.00
