PHYSICALS AND DRUG SCREENS

Bowdon Family Medicine performs body physicals and drug screens for all ages. If you have a form to provide us at your physical, we will be glad to answer and sign your questionnaire accordingly, or we have physical forms of our own if needed. We also perform drug screens using 5, 7 and 10 testing panels.

We currently perform physicals for all purposes, such as:

• Sports Physicals $35

• DOT $150
